Repair Process
Every home is different, and so are the solutions it needs. That’s why our repairs are tailored to each unique situation. No matter the job, we use durable materials and proven methods to ensure long-lasting protection.
How We Secure Your Home
Dormers – Reinforced with sheet metal for strength and durability.
Soffit & Foundation Vents – Covered with ¼-inch hardware cloth securely fastened to the foundation or fascia to keep pests out.
Gutter Gaps – Addressed using L drip metal to seal open edges.
Construction Gaps – Sealed with a combination of mesh, sheet metal, caulk, or tar-based foam, depending on the location and need.
Vent Covers – Broken or damaged covers are replaced with brand-new, high-quality covers.
Chimneys – Protected with securely installed metal chimney caps that keep wildlife out while allowing proper ventilation.
Critter Barrier -Made from ¼–½ inch hardware cloth for maximum durability. Secured with screws for long-term strength. Buried at least 12 inches underground to stop animals from digging beneath.
Dig Defense - A strong barrier system that requires no trenching. Panels are simply malleted into place and secured with screws. Provides immediate protection against digging animals.
Our repairs are designed not just to fix the current issue, but to provide a permanent barrier against future wildlife intrusions.

Vapor Barrier & Insulation Replacement
Wildlife infestations often cause more than just noise — they can leave behind serious damage in crawl spaces and attics. Urine, droppings, and nesting materials contaminate insulation and vapor barriers, creating health risks and reducing your home’s energy efficiency.
Why Replacement May Be Needed
Contamination – Droppings and urine soak into insulation and vapor barriers, creating odors and potential health hazards.
Structural Damage – Animals tear and shred insulation for nesting, leaving gaps that increase heating and cooling costs.
Moisture Problems – A compromised vapor barrier can allow dampness to rise from the ground, leading to mold and wood rot.
Our Process
Removal – We safely remove contaminated insulation and vapor barriers, following sanitation guidelines to minimize airborne particles.
Sanitation – The area is disinfected to reduce odor, bacteria, and parasites left behind by wildlife.
Replacement – We install high-quality insulation and a brand-new vapor barrier to restore energy efficiency and protect against moisture.
Exclusion Repairs – To prevent the problem from returning, we seal entry points and reinforce weak spots as part of the process.
